Bag Beatdowns for Brains - Charity Event

Bag Beatdowns for Brains is a charity event we are hosting to raise money for Alzheimer's Research. Many of us have been, are, or will be affected by loved ones with this disease. Let's do something positive to help raise money and combat this.

If you can't compete in the event, you are welcome to show up for support, or you can donate online. 

There will be two events to compete in. No experience required. 

Event 1 - 1000 Bag Punches
Objective is to complete 1000 Heavy Bag punches for time. Each heat will be 10 minutes max.

Event 2 - Bag Slams
Choose your pleasure - 70 lbs, 100 lbs, or 130 lbs Throwing Dummies. Pick them up, slam them down. 30 Bag Slams for time. Max time is 5 minutes. 

Date: Saturday, November 23rd
Time: Heats start at 9am sharp. Be here early to warm up.
