Summer Mountain Training Retreat

Still slots open for this Fitness & Martial Arts weekend. Join us for the entire 4 days or just one or two. We'll be doing Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Spear, and CrossPit every day. Group hike, dinner, and weather permitting, a bonfire on the last night.
