Kids Workshops - Coming Soon!

We have two exciting workshops coming up geared especially for children. No experience required! Students of Plum Blossom are encouraged to bring a friend to try out these fun classes.

Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Kids

A great workshop for helping kids learn to defend themselves on the ground. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is world renowned for it's effectiveness on the ground. This workshop Includes basic defense, basic offense, positional control & maneuvering. Sifu Brown will be guiding the kids step by step through effective Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques that can help them against larger and stronger adversaries.

Praying Mantis Staff for Kids

Kids will love this opportunity to learn how to use a staff from the Praying Mantis Kung Fu system. This workshop will focus on basic staff movements to include blocks, strikes, and hand holds. In addition, kids will learn section I of the 5th Son Staff, a Mantis Staff Form that will help them build balance and coordination while increasing body awareness.
