Ground Defense - Defeat Attacker when Pinned to the Ground! (12:30pm - 2:30pm) ($75)

Defend yourself when an attacker pins you to the ground.  Size doesn''t matter in this equation.  These techniques will show you how to manipulate, control, escape, and/or submit an attacker when you are pinned 

underneath them.  Master Brown's BJJ Instructor, Master Andre 'Dedeco' Almeida, will be teaching you 'Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Sweeps & Submissions (Bottom Defense)' here at Plum Blossom Fitness Martial Arts.  

There are 16 slots available.  Workshop is Open to Public (students of Plum Blossom first).  Open to Adults (all levels) and Kids (Purple & Up).

Top Control - Control Your Attacker from the Top!  (3:00pm - 5:30pm) ($75)

Take control of your opponent if you land on top of them, or flip them over when they have you pinned.  These techniques will show you how to manage a scrambling attacker once you get them pinned on the ground so you can stay safe.  Master Brown's BJJ Instructor, Master Andre Almeida, will be teaching you 'Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Top Control' here at Plum Blossom Fitness Martial Arts. An excellent follow-up to the first workshop.

Class Canceled

Classes will be canceled again today as many are still without heat, power, and water. The school does have heat and electricity, and will be open to members and their family from 6:00-7:30 this evening for those that need a place to get warm, and have some hot chocolate or cider.
