I picked up a nasty cold while traveling to Austin so I haven't been with it enough to write this follow-up. I did want to tell all of you at Austin Fitness Martial Arts, what a great job you did in my Striking/Mantis Boxing workshop at the Madhouse Retreat 2012. Thanks for a great time and awesome hospitality as usual. Great food, excellent training, and even better...the students. It was a pleasure to work with all of you and I look forward to returning.
