Women's Self-Defense, Part II

Put Your Skills to the Test!

Mark your calendar because Part II of our popular Women's Self-Defense workshop is just around the corner! This workshop will review the skills you learned in Part I and put them to the test in a wide variety of simulated attacks using a heavily padded male assailant.

Price:$50 per person (bring a friend, save $25!)

We highly recommend that you attend Part II, as you will use your skills full force in many different attack scenarios. This is the ONLY way to ingrain your skills into your muscle memory and be confident that you will respond appropriately if ever faced with a real attack.

As always, the workshop will be conducted in a supportive atmosphere.
