Plum Blossom Academy is proud to announce the addition of its new Throwing and Locking class. Kung Fu is one of the oldest forms of this modern idea of 'Mixed Martial Arts' and included Striking/Blocking/Elbows, Kicking and Kneeing, and Throwing and Locking (submissions). With our new approach we're making these elements of Kung Fu accessible to people from day one instead of having to wait years to complete other programs before you can have some REAL fun!!!
Beginners are welcome to join the class as well as those students already enrolled in another program at Plum Blossom Academy. Classes are Friday evenings from 6pm to 7pm and require uniform and protective gear to participate.
